Tim Lockhart is an outstanding Realtor. What is most impressive is his knowledge and work ethic was evident the first day we met. Tim was walking neighborhood to neighborhood, on foot prospecting homes. We had our home listed for sale by owner and at the time we did not get the results we were hoping for. Tim is a VERY hard working and dedicated Realtor. He will do everything he can to get your home sold, I highly recommend Tim Lockhart.

Tim and the Lockhart team is passionate about helping people. As a real estate investor, I can tell you that I've worked with countless realtors and tim lockhart and his team are in the top 1% of realtors out there IMO. The level of knowledge and experience they bring to the table when marketing and purchasing properties in north Texas is unmatched.
