Tim was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to have around during the stressful time of buying a home. He's been in the business a while, understands what's important for a house, VA requirements, and what matters if you're looking for an investment as well. His patience, understanding, and encouragement (he also was not pushy on suggesting a pricier home but rather a better fit to my needs) made the home buying process as a first time home buyer way less stressful. I was grateful to have Tim on my team.

As first time sellers my sister and I needed a lot of help and professional guidance selling our dads home. Tim Lockhart is an outstanding Realtor. What is most impressive is his knowledge and work ethic was evident the first day we met. Tim was walking neighborhood to neighborhood, on foot prospecting homes. We had our home listed for sale by owner and at the time we did not get the results we were hoping for. Tim did an awesome job selling our house. He went above and beyond what was needed. We previously had it on the market for a year with no potential buyers. Faced with the choice of selling my wife’s family home as-is or fixing it up, we followed Tim’s advice to fix it up and were able to sell the house for almost twice as much as what we originally thought it was worth. He guided us with recommendations of what would and would not be worth spending money on and gave us contacts for contractors and suppliers to do the things that we couldn’t do ourselves (or couldn't do properly). Each of them provided very fair pricing and many of them gave discounts because of how much they liked working with Tim themselves. Tim is the ultimate professional. He is extremely responsive and kept us informed through the entire process. We had listed it with a different company and no results. I would use him again. We are looking for homes in another city and I ask Tim to recommend someone for us and he did. If the logistic were workable, I would have used Tim but it is too far away. The gentleman he recommended is helping us now.

We had one of our properties listed with another well known realtor group in town and had 1, that's right, 1 showing in 12 months. We were referred to Tim and low and behold he had a buyer and the property in contract within the first 30 days of listing it with him. Since that closing, he has a buyer offering us a buyout of 4 additional investment properties. Tim is very good at what he does and his work ethic shown by how fast and easy he is to work with.
